Let me specifically mention that as with all other parts been developed by X3CV,
there is no involvement at all from Trikke Tech, Inc. That means that
they have zero liability associated with any of these products and
their use in the Trikke product. It is the same as buying a bike from
brand Z and adding foot straps from brand X. Happens every day and the public
understands that the modification voids the warranty of the original
product. Any modification part made, not only from X3CV
but from any other source than Trikke Talk, Inc. Adding any of these parts has the
same effect on your warranty as changing or adding any part that is not an origianl Trikke
Tech part, it voids the warranty. Examples of this are adding different bearings, handle bar, foot
rest tape, hand grips or any part that modifies the original Trikke product.
